Completing our application will require the following items:
* Your Drivers Licence, to be scanned.
* Current pay stubs or other proof of income from the last 30 days
* $40.00
* Each adult applicant, over 18 years of age, not a dependent, is required to complete a separate application.
Additional requirements to lease/rent with Cobblestone include a credit score above 600 and monthly income equal to 3 times the rent amount. Consideration to these terms, may be given, after consultation with a Cobblestone Agent.
