Finding a place to rent can be a stressful experience, especially when you have tight time frames….  At Cobblestone Management Group / Cobblestone Realty we try to make this process as easy and stress-free as possible!

Should you be interested in renting a property through Cobblestone Realty, you will need to complete a Residential Rental Application Form. With this application, we also require photo identification (driver’s licence, ID, or passport), confirmation of current/previous address and contact to your previous landlord (utilities bill, rent payment receipts, phone number), and proof of income (recent pay stubs or most current bank statement).

Following an inspection of the property and upon submitting a fully completed application form, we will review and process your Application in accordance with our service standards.  We will contact you within 24 – 48 hours of your submitting the application to advise whether your application has been accepted by the property owner.

If accepted, we will arrange a time to sign the lease, move in date, and collect the first months rent and security deposit.  You will need to provide an amount equivalent to one months rent as security deposit for the property within 24 hours of acceptance.  At lease signing you will receive keys to the property.
